Kure Taishomachi Market
In Japanese: 久礼大正町市場

A market in the bonito-fishing town of Kure that began in the mid-Meiji era when fishermen's wives sold the catch. Named for Emperor Taisho, who sent rebuilding funds after a fire in 1915, it sells fresh and dried fish, and small eateries serve seafood bowls.
