Sennin no Tanada (Daiicho Observatory)
In Japanese: 仙人の棚田(大いちょう展望台)

Terraced rice fields on the far slope of a valley in Shiiba, seen from Daiicho Observatory. In the morning they look like they are floating in a sea of clouds, and the view is also called the Machu Picchu of Shiiba.
